The Story I Tell

I’m a Jungian analyst with a background in history and a lifelong fascination with the mythic, symbolic, and psychological dimensions of human experience. My journey began with an academic focus on ancient and medieval civilizations, but deepened when I encountered Jung’s Red Book, which opened the door to mystery and a richer inner world.

After completing a Master’s in History, where I explored the historical intersections of spiritual and mental health, I trained as a Jungian analyst through the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts, engaging in intensive study, clinical work, and personal analysis.

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, emotional distress, and existential questioning. I view analysis as a space to engage the unconscious through dreams, imagery, archetypal patterns, and the quiet signals of the body to uncover meaning and move toward a more integrated sense of self.

If you are on a journey of self-discovery and feel called to explore this work more deeply, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
